It is farmed by Randy Peters, who was born on the property and is named after his late mother, Pauline. It is planted in the famous Cortina soil to a Grenache Noir clone with rootstock 101 14 and Grenache clone 362 with rootstock 1103. After harvesting at 20 Brix and utilizing a whole berry press and 100% native yeast, we barrel fermented 100% of this wine, using
